  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are processed during business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
  • Delays: In some cases, such as during peak shopping seasons or special promotions, processing may take longer. We will notify you if there are any significant delays.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer various shipping methods depending on your location. Estimated delivery times are calculated based on the chosen shipping method and the destination address.

  • Domestic Shipping:
    • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
    • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
    • Next-Day Shipping: 1 business day
    • Free Shipping: Available on certain promotions or for orders over a specified amount (details provided at checkout).
  • International Shipping:
    • Standard International Shipping: 7-14 business days
    • Expedited International Shipping: 4-7 business days
    • Duties and Taxes: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method, delivery address, and order size. You will see the total shipping cost before finalizing your purchase. We also offer free shipping promotions from time to time, which will be applied automatically during checkout (conditions may apply).


4. Shipping Restrictions

  • P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses: We do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • International Shipping: We offer international shipping to most countries, but some locations may be excluded due to delivery restrictions or shipping carrier limitations.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use the provided tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after receiving the confirmation.


6. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before submitting your order. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information. 7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost during transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the situation. If the carrier is unable to locate your package, we may issue a replacement or refund.
  • Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order. We will assist you with filing a claim with the carrier and arranging for a replacement or refund.
