- The product is not on sale or part of a promotional clearance.
- The return is initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.

- Gift cards
- Items marked as “final sale” or “clearance”
3. How to Return an Item

- Provide your order number and a brief reason for the return.
- Once your return is approved, we will send you detailed instructions on how to send back the item.
- Return the item to the address provided by our customer service team, along with the original receipt or proof of purchase.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions. If the return is approved:
- A full refund will be issued to the original payment method, excluding any shipping fees.
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after the item is received and inspected.
Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear on your bank statement may vary depending on your payment provider.
5. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or product, please contact our customer service team, and we will assist you in processing the exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
6. Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for paying for return shipping unless the item is damaged, defective, or an error was made on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as Zenunie is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@zenunie.com with a description and photos of the issue. We will work with you to provide a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.
