Return Policy for ZENUNIE

At ZENUNIE, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return process.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return most products within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging.
  • You must have a valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation email).
  • The item is not excluded from our return policy (e.g., personalized or clearance items).

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Products that are damaged due to misuse or not in their original condition

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at info@zenunie.com with your order number and details about the product you wish to return.
  2. Return Authorization: Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Package the Item: Carefully package the product in its original packaging (if available) to ensure it is protected during transit. The RA number must be clearly written on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship the Return: Ship the return item to the provided address. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return, unless the item was defective or incorrect.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  • Partial Refunds: If the item is returned in a condition other than its original, we may offer a partial refund based on the condition of the product.

5. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.


6. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at info@zenunie.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a return, replacement, or full refund, including return shipping costs.
